Appointment Scheduling

    •    Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by text.

    •    Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or previous service delays.

    •    Customers will be notified of significant delays as soon as possible.

Weather Policy

    •    Severe weather may require appointments to be rescheduled.

    •    If weather conditions prevent safe or quality service, we will contact customers to arrange a new appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

    •    To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

    •    Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment will receive a full deposit refund.

Payment Policy

    •    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

    •    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

    •    Prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.

Vehicle Condition

    •    Final pricing may be adjusted for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair removal, biohazard cleanup, excessive staining, or other conditions requiring additional labor.

    •    Any price adjustments will be discussed before work begins.

Satisfaction Guarantee

    •    If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 24 hours.

    •    We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and correct service-related issues.

Liability

    •    Existing damage, scratches, dents, paint defects, rock chips, or worn interior surfaces must be disclosed prior to service.

    •    We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage.

    •    We are insured and take reasonable care while servicing all vehicles.

Personal Belongings

    •    We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
